All sales are final and may not be returned for a refund. For damaged or defective products or for inaccurate order fulfillment, you must contact Cup Vault at firstname.lastname@example.org
for a return authorization number (RMA #), or your package will be returned to you, unopened. For packages that arrive to you damaged, please notify us first before taking any action, and please keep all packaging materials.
Returns will only be accepted on factory damaged or defective items. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and you must have the original sales receipt.
If you have received products that do not match your order, please contact email@example.com
for instructions. Please include a picture of items received along with your enclosed receipt. Cup Vault will rectify any errors make from our order fulfillment department.
